Notably, his monumental work ‘Journey of Humanity’ garnered widespread acclaim when it sold for over €58 million in 2021, setting a new record as the second most expensive painting ever auctioned by a living artist. The painting, spanning an impressive 1,595.76 square meters, was sold in 70 separate sections to Andre Abdoune, a Dubai-based French-Algerian businessman.
